ILF partner Yaroslava Onika attended a special meeting with the Head of Department of Land Relations of the Kharkiv City Council Borys Baronin. The event was organized by the regional branch of the European Business Association (EBA) on June 17, 2010 in Kharkiv.
In his report Mr. Baronin drew a special attention to a new procedure of assignment for use of state-owned and municipal land plots, as well as a free privatization procedure for the residents of Ukraine. The expert also answered numerous questions of entrepreneurs and companies’ representatives and explained the scheme of solving land issues applied by the Kharkiv City Council.
