Experience:

Led a team of INYURPOLIS lawyers that executed perfection of title to PIVDENNYI Business Centre with the total area of 15,000 sq. m. (facility's price is close to USD 6 million).
Led a team of INYURPOLIS lawyers that supported "turnkey" construction of the "Mamin Dom" chain of baby goods stores followed by perfection of titles to the facilities where the stores were situated.
Led a team of INYURPOLIS lawyers that assisted with obtaining the required construction permits and perfection of title to RADUGA Medical Centre.
Provided support in execution of documents confirming the right to exploit the land plots for allocation of land mobile stations for UMC Mobile Operator (MTS) (2006 - 2008).
Led a team of INYURPOLIS lawyers that provided full support for construction of SADOVAYA GORKA Residential Complex (total area of the complex is 30,000 sq. m.; project budget - USD 30 million) and USADBA CHERNYSHOVA Mansion (total area of the complex is 7,500 sq. m.; project budget - UAH 7,5 million) - obtained the appropriate construction permits, ensured perfection of title to exploit the land plot for construction purposes, and assisted with commissioning of the ready-built facilities.
Participated in a workgroup that supported privatization of the going concern of the Kharkiv International Airport and its subsequent reconstruction (2008, project budget - USD 205 million).
Led a group of INYURPOLIS lawyers that supported the lease of the going concern of the Municipal Retail and Public Catering Company "Yunost - 92" by its employees (first project of that kind in Kharkiv; 2007 - 2008).
Developed the strategy to protect ownership rights to the DUBY-KOLDUNY Restaurant situated within the borders of the water protection zone.
Advised on the change of the designation purpose of the forest land plot on which the Sport Center "DINAMO" is situated (total area of the land plot is 5 hectares).
Advised on amending the land plot purpose designation from "lands allocated for agricultural purposes" to "industrial lands" and assisted with allocation of industrial facilities (total area of the land plot is more than 700 hectares).
Consulted as to the execution of the rights to conduct mining works in the Barvinkivskyi District of the Kharkiv Region (total area of the land plot is 15 hectares).
Assisted with obtaining licenses to explore minerals in the Kharkiv Region.
Supported acquisition of the ZANKI Recreation Center from the State Company "ZAVOD im. MALYSHEVA" (Malyshev Plant).
Led a team of INYURPOLIS lawyers that supported conclusion of agreements between state authorities and land owners on transfer of land plots into land reserve.
