Experience:
- Participated in due diligence of the Insurance Company "Strakhovyi Zakhyst".
- Led a team of lawyers that provided support in the buy-out of the controlling stock in OSC "Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol" and change of the OSC's registered office from Kharkiv to Kyiv.
- Led a team of INYURPOLIS lawyers that supported the emission of municipal bonds by the Kharkiv City Council in the amount of UAH 100 million.
- Supported the emission and circulation of purpose bonds of VELTON Corporation to generate funds for development and construction (2007-2009).
- Led a team of lawyers that conducted due diligence of the following companies:
- Municipal Company "VODA" (2004);
- "KURGANSKIY BROILER" LLC - surer of the loan by the Brussels Branch of the Commerzbank in the amount of USD 24 million (2006);
- Ukrainian National Lottery (2006-2007);
- Publishing House "YURINCOM INTER" (2008);
- Development Company «ASTI-2» (2008);
- Medical Centre "Alpha Medical" (2008);
- MEGABANK (2008).
- Led a team of INYURPOLIS lawyers that supported the lease of the going concern of the Kharkiv International Airport and its reconstruction (2008, project budget - USD 205 million).
- Led a team of INYURPOLIS lawyers that supported the privatization of the KYIVSYI Hotel (2008, project budget - USD 16 million).
- Led a team of lawyers that supported the privatization of the going concern of the Kherson Glasswork (2007-2008, first privatization of a leased out going concern of such a size in Ukraine).
- Advised a Danish development company on investment into construction of residential real estate in Ukraine (2008).
- Assisted Ukrainian investors with establishment of companies and trust funds abroad; has experience in working with such jurisdictions as Great Britain, Cyprus, Slovenia, Seychelles, British Virgin Islands, Panama, Nevis.
- Provided support to a Ukrainian company in acquiring a loan (EUR 15 million) from a Czech export bank (2007).
- Advised State Company "Zavod "ELEKTROTYAZHMASH" on international turbogenerators export contracts (Kazahstan - USD 20 million, India - USD 4.8 million) (2007-2008).
- Advised Public Corporation "Berezivski Mineralni Vody" on the supply of bottling lines (EUR 5 million) (2008).
- Supported reinstatement of control by Turkish investors over their business in Ukraine - search for company property and reinstatement of ownership rights, dismissal of the company director (2008).
- Assisted foreign and national investors with establishment of different types of companies in Kharkiv and other cities of Ukraine.
Pro bono:
- Represented and advised the Kharkiv City Council in negotiations with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on allowance of credits for two municipal companies under the City Council surety (loan amounts constituted EUR 25 million) (2006).
- Supported the construction of the new pipe organ for the Kharkiv Regional Philharmonic (the instrument's price is EUR 1.6 million; this is the first organ-building project of such a scale in the post-Soviet Ukraine) (2008).
- Advised the Kharkiv Regional Philharmonic on the Agreement on Temporary Import of the Bösendorfer 290 Imperial grand piano (the instrument's price is EUR 71,700.00) (2008).

Olena Kibenko is a full professor of the Department of Business Law at the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav Mudryi. She teaches the courses of Business Law, Corporate Law, and International Private Law for more than 10 years.
