Oleksiy Kharytonov has more than 15 publications. Among them are the following articles: "Issues with Medical Confidentiality in Ukraine" (2007), "If Your Register Was Stolen: Problems of Illegal Takeovers in Ukraine" (2007), "Current Issues wih Legal Regulation of Drug Trafficking in Ukraine" (2006), "Certain Aspects of Legal Regulation of Fire Arms Trafficking in Ukraine" (2004), etc. 

Experience:

• Represented clients in more that 200 civil, administrative, and commercial lawsuits.
• Has substantial experience as a successful mediator.
• Is a recognized expert in Administrative Procedure, Administrative Law, State and Local Self-Governance Development.
• Successfully represented clients in more than 10 elections disputes.
• Represented the Kharkiv Region Governor Arsen Avakov in a lawsuit against the Kharkiv Region Council (2006-2007).

Awards:

• Laureate of the Best Private Law Firm Lawyer Award by the Ukrainian Union of Lawyers (2007).

Oleksiy Kharytonov is an associate professor of the Department of Legal Support of Business Activity at the Kharkiv National Academy of Municipal Economy. He teaches Business Law, Claims and Legal Actions and Regulation of Local Self-Governance for almost 4 years.
