No. Generally, a citizen of Ukraine or a company incorporated in Ukraine must obtain an individual license from the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine to contribute monetary funds or property to registered capital of a foreign company in the course of its establishment. However, such a license is not required, if for example, contributory monetary funds or property are not within the customs territory of Ukraine, and if shares of a company are devolved to a Ukrainian citizen or company under a deed of gift. There are some jurisdictions that do not require to actually form company registered capital announced on the date of that company establishment. To avoid obtaining the license it is possible to take advantage of nominal shareholder services.
