The new brand of the law firm
In October 2009, the Law Firm "Inyurpolis" entered the market with the new brand «ILF» and the new logo. The managing partner Tatiana Havrysh says about the reasons of rebranding.

In October 2009, the Law Firm "Inyurpolis" entered the market with the new brand «ILF» and the new logo. The managing partner Tatiana Havrysh says about the reasons of rebranding.
The firm rebranding - is it a tribute to fashion or there are any structural changes in the law firm "Inyurpolis"?First of all I would like to note that this is not a full-fledged rebranding of the company. ILF is a new commercial name, that the law firm "Inyurpolis" uses in promoting their services. Appearance of this brand symbolizes the success of the company's strategy in entering the international market of legal services. The decision to work under the new brand was adopted by the partners for two reasons. The first is that the name "Inyurpolis", which means "investment, law, policy (city)" does not conform to the new company development strategy, that is looking for an active recognition at the national and international level and do not lose the leading position in the region. The second reason is more prosaic - 15 years on the market showed that the term "Inyurpolis" that was created in 1994, is rather complicated to pronounce and remember, especially for our foreign clients. So that is why the firm decided to use the abbreviation ILF (the Inyurpolis Law Firm) in identifying themselves on the market. As it is well-known, the ILF abbreviation is also often interpreted as "the International law Firm”, which reflects the development strategy of our company over the next three years.
What does the logo ILF symbolize?
The renewed logo is a golden square, in which the name is inscribed. Gold symbolizes the value, created by ILF, the four sides of the square are the four key areas of our interaction with the outside world: our customers, our staff, our colleagues (the professional community) and our society as a whole. The target of ILF is to be of benefit to each of these groups, and not allow the interests of one group prevail over others. We believe that the keystone to success  of the company is in harmony with the interests of all these groups.
What allows ILF, which main office is located in Kharkov, to work successfully in international markets?
The work of the firm is built according to international standards. The company develops a broad partner network worldwide. Even now, If somebody contacts ILF, he can receive legal assistance in Cyprus, London, Warsaw and several European countries. For customers’ convenience "ILF" runs a modern communications center equipped with latest equipment and allows customers to consult with lawyers, to collaborate with documents or to make a presentation of new solutions without leaving the office in any city around the world, and at the same time to honour confidentiality. ILF is one of few companies that insured professional liability, because it is a requirement for working with foreign clients.
In order to meet customer requirements, ILF is constantly developing: partners and lawyers undertake an internship in foreign law firms (USA, France, Poland), participate in seminars and training of domestic and occidental specialists. "Summer School" is the project that ILF holds third year in a row, and it is aimed at comprehensive development of young lawyers and students of the company in accordance with the requirements of international business in services. The team is proud of climate, which is created in the company. By sharing common values and working towards a common goal, the lawyers trust each other, try to earn the confidence of clients every day.
ILF is a corresponding member of the international association of law firms “Eurojuris International Network of Law Firms”. The ILF partners actively participate in the work of international associations (IBA, EBA, ABA), publish articles in international publications such as World Finance, GettingtheDealThrough, IFLR, Financier, etc.
Social responsibility is one of the company's key values. Occupying an active life position, the firm's lawyers believe that their knowledge and experience can change the world for the better. As the confirmation for these words there are the projects pro bono, which are implemented by ILF.
