Criminal Law is not a key specialization of INYURPOLIS. Our Criminal Law practice is limited to two main areas of expertise:

• Criminal defense of defendants suspected of embezzlement or official malfeasance;
• Criminal defense of defendants suspected of crimes in traffic accident cases.

INYURPOLIS also renders criminal defense to legal entities:

• Advising during inspections by law enforcement and controlling agencies;
• Representation and defense of legal entities in courts and before law enforcement and controlling agencies;
• Appealing against unlawful actions  by law enforcement and controlling agencies.

Such a defense can be rendered in the "emergency legal redress" mode (provided that an advance monetary deposit to our firm has been made by the client). Our attorney can be available in our office, at the location where an inspection is taking place, or at the location where a client is detained by law enforcement officers at any time within 1 hour after being called.
