Attorney

ILF is announcing an opening for the position of attorney with Litigation Practice, Investment Consulting Practice, and Labor & Employment Practice.

Responsibilities:
- negotiating with the clients;
- conducting due diligence within the area of practice;
- drafting legal opinions;
- rendering consultations orally and in writing;
- drafting procedural documents;
- representation in court;
- participation in the projects under guidance of a partner or senior attorney;
- training the assistants and interns;
- drafting agreements;
- preparation of invoices, as well as transfer-and-acceptance acts ;
- writing articles and other publications within the area of practice;
- compliance with ILF’s standards and internal regulations.

Requirements:
- degree in law from a leading Ukrainian law school (LLM would be an asset);
- at least 3 years of work experience (work with international or leading Ukrainian law firm, internships abroad or participation in exchange programs would be a plus);
- fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English (good command of any additional foreign languages would be a plus).

- ability to work in a team and comply with the set working standards;
- ready for work under pressure and overtime;
- broad-minded and have an with active life approach;
- advanced PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Search Engines, Liga, NAU);
- publications in professional law editions, membership in professional associations, and participation in professional public events (conferences, workshops etc).
