Junior Attorney

ILF is announcing an opening for the position of junior attorney with Litigation Practice, Investment Consulting Practice, and Labor & Employment Practice of the firm.

Responsibilities:
- legal research;
- preliminary examination of documents;
- drafting standard-terms legal documents, minutes, agreements, and internal orders, etc;
- legal advise orally and in writing;
- drafting simple procedural documents;
- work in different projects to subsequently choose an area of practice;
- compliance with ILF’s standards and regulations.

Requirements:
- degree in law from a leading Ukrainian law school (LLM would be an asset);
- at least 1 year work experience (work with international or leading Ukrainian law firm, internships abroad or participation in exchange programs would be a plus);
- fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English (good command of any additional foreign languages would be a plus).
